Job Overview Join our dynamic groundskeeping team as a Landscaper and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor environments. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for implementing landscaping projects, performing routine landscape maintenance, and ensuring the safety and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Your expertise will help transform outdoor areas into vibrant, inviting landscapes that enhance the environment and delight visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in outdoor work, groundskeeping, and horticulture while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces lush and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment including power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems with precision and safety Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and diseases Assist with landscape installation projects by preparing soil, planting new greenery, and installing features like mulch or decorative stones Experience Proven outdoor work experience in groundskeeping or landscaping roles Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and maintenance Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, and groundskeeping techniques Hands-on experience with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in outdoor environments Knowledge of irrigation systems installation, repair, and troubleshooting Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment use Join us to bring landscapes to life through your energy, expertise, and dedication! Pay:
$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
