Landscape / Hardscape / Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Plank Bros., Inc. — Springfield, PA Full-Time | Year-Round Employment Plank Bros., Inc. is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who is comfortable working in multiple areas of the landscaping industry. Responsibilities This position may include:

Commercial and residential lawn mowing Operating zero-turn and walk-behind mowers Weed whacking, edging and blowing Spring and fall cleanups Mulching and bed maintenance Shrub and hedge trimming Planting trees, shrubs and flowers Grading, topsoil, seed and sod installation Drainage work Paver patio and walkway installation Retaining wall installation Hardscape demolition and preparation Excavation and stone-base preparation Landscape lighting installation General landscape construction Snow and winter work as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up to work on time Has a strong work ethic Is willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions Can work well as part of a crew Takes pride in completing quality work Is willing to learn different areas of landscaping and hardscaping Can safely operate landscaping equipment Has landscaping, lawn maintenance, or hardscaping experience preferred Has a valid driver's license preferred Has experience driving trucks and trailers preferred Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, landscape lighting, skid steers, mini excavators, or other landscape equipment is a plus.
