Join our team as a Landscape Laborer/Operator. Install large trees. Get property to grade. Install drainage. Snow plowing with wheel loader. Maintain maintenance of equipment. Accept your role as a team player and be adaptable to changes in daily routine and job roles.

Responsibilities :

Operating a skid steer, excavator, wheel loader Install large trees get property grade install drainage snow plowing with wheel loader: Random long hours/ or shift changes for snow plowing may happen and please be aware! There is a $5 hourly bonus for snow plowing hours Maintaining maintenance of equipment, checking fluids, air pressure, sharpening tools etc. communicating with mechanic if there are any issues. Maintain safety standards by adhering to safety protocols during all operations and handling equipment properly. Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and adjustments to ensure efficient water management. Fill out any paperwork you are responsible for Willing to work longer hours when needed to finish the job During slow times adapt to different job duties within the company: shop work, misc cleaning/ painting/ to maintain hours. Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail and safety Dot Physical card may be required Qualifications Experience with skid steer, excavator, wheel loader: OR willingness to learn & safely Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation is highly desirable Ability to handle hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely at all times Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in diverse weather conditions Must be 18 years old, active driver's license, transportation have a phone to download app to use time clock and have access to schedule to punch in and out This is a great opportunity to work with a great team.
