Maintenance/Groundskeeper Nightingale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Erie, PA Full-Time Position We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance/Groundskeeper to support the overall upkeep, safety, and appearance of our facility. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks throughout the facility to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all. Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep to maintain a high level of quality and safety. Maintain grounds, including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and seasonal landscaping to enhance the overall appearance of our facility. Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner to ensure efficient problem-solving and resolution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and secure environment. Support housekeeping and other departments as needed to provide exceptional care to our residents. What We're Looking For Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience is required . Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques is essential. Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach to work is essential. Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed is a must.
