Responsibilities Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces for commercial clients, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting Perform seasonal cleanups and ensure properties remain tidy and attractive Assist with irrigation checks and basic maintenance of landscape systems Use hand tools and power equipment such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance landscapes Work collaboratively with a team to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely Support the team in all weather conditions to meet client expectations Qualifications Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn new landscaping skills and techniques Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and move landscaping equipment and materials as needed Experience with landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming is a plus, but not required Comfortable using basic landscaping tools Valid driver's license Ability to commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044 Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Employee assistance program Referral program Offered compensation: $18/yr - $20/yr Experience and License Requirements Driver's license Landscaping (optional)
