A Landscaping or Groundskeeping Worker provides landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Provides care for plants and trees including mowing, trimming and planting, and repairs driveways, walks, benches or other structures.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team! As a landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet our high standards of design and care. Your primary duties will include planting, mowing, trimming, weeding, and installing hardscapes such as patios and walkways. You will also assist with tree and shrub care, irrigation systems, and general outdoor maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns Planting, weeding, and maintaining flower beds and gardens Installing and maintaining hardscapes (patios, walkways, etc.) Operating landscaping equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Irrigation system installation and maintenance Pruning and maintaining trees, shrubs, and other plants Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all tasks Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality work
Qualifications:
Previous landscaping or related experience preferred Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely Knowledge of plants, shrubs, and tree care Strong attention to detail and an eye for design Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license (preferred)
