What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an individual with hands-on experience and a strong knowledge base in lawn fertilization and turf health. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the following skills: ✅ Experience operating zero-turn sprayer/spreaders ✅ Strong understanding of grass types and their specific needs ✅ Ability to identify and diagnose turf diseases and stress ✅ Knowledge of fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn chemicals ✅ Comfortable working independently and in a team environment ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills ✅ Valid driver's license (required)

Responsibilities Include:

Applying fertilizers, weed control, and other treatments according to schedule Diagnosing and treating turf diseases and problem areas Operating and maintaining application equipment, including zero-turn sprayer/spreaders Providing expert lawn care advice and recommendations to clients Maintaining accurate service records Full time
