Our General Manager and Co-Owner, Dan, brings over 30 years of experience in horticulture and general contracting, completing a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team for a seasonal part-time position. This role has strong potential to become a year-round opportunity for the right person. If you're hardworking, eager to learn, and enjoy working outdoors on a variety of projects, we'd love to hear from you. You'll receive hands-on training both in the field and, when needed, outside of the field to help you build your skills and confidence. Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial remodeling projects Perform carpentry and general construction tasks Install fencing and custom decks Complete hardscape projects Spread mulch and perform landscape maintenance Trim hedges and shrubs Perform occasional lawn mowing Operate tools and equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized worksite Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and teammates

Qualifications Preferred:

Experience in Landscaping is required. Carpentry experience is a bonus Strong people skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding work Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Starting pay of $16-$20 per hour , depending on experience Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced team Opportunity for advancement into a permanent year-round position A supportive, family-oriented work environment A variety of projects that keep every day different We're committed to helping our employees succeed.
