Job Description
Locally owned real estate title agency is looking for a detail oriented, motivated team player to join their growing settlement company. In this role you would assist the title and settlement agent with processing new contracts, communicating with lenders and real estate agents, etc. This position provides advancement and growth opportunities as the company continues to grow.
Duties will include the following:
Send introduction letters to buyers Contact buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors for information needed to complete the settlement statements for closing. Conduct OFAC, Bankruptcy and Child Support searches for each file. Answer phones as needed. Work with settlement agent to finalize numbers with lender for closing. Send funding documents to lenders for authorization to disburse to include upload to lender web portal per loan instructions Organize post-closing file and send loan packages, mortgage payoffs, bill payments per instructions. Prepare overnight deliveries from each closing file, deliver to drop box, track receipt of packages Check and submit original documents to be recorded Prepare and mail Thank You cards Put File in Order and Scan entire file for future reference. Send monthly Homestead Applications to counties. Review Escrow Agreements monthly for outstanding items. Track satisfaction pieces monthly.Job Type:
