Landscaping Team Member Mechanicsburg, PA starting at $17/hr base + performance payPart-Time with opportunity for Full-Time D&D Lawn Co. is hiring Landscaping Crew Team Members to support our growing landscaping division. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, takes pride in detailed results, and wants the opportunity to earn more through performance-based pay. What You'll Do As a Landscaping Crew Team Member, you'll support the Team Captain by helping complete landscaping projects to D&D Lawn Co.'s quality standards, including: Debris removal and bed cleanups Mulch installation Pruning and trimming shrubs Planting flowers, shrubs, and small trees Edging flower beds and hard surfaces Leaf removal and seasonal clean-ups Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment Maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times You'll work as part of a crew and follow direction from the Team Captain to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly.

Pay & Compensation Base Pay:

$17/hour

Performance Pay:
