Mechanicsburg, PA$17/hr base + performance payPart-Time with opportunity for Full-Time D&D Lawn Co. is hiring Mowing Crew Team Members to join our growing lawn care operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to earn more through performance-based pay. What You'll Do As a Mowing Crew Team Member, you'll help deliver high-quality lawn care services to our residential and commercial customers by: Mowing lawns, trimming, edging, and blowing off surfaces Following D&D Lawn Co. quality standards at every property Keeping job sites clean, safe, and professional Assisting with loading and unloading equipment Supporting the Team Captain to keep routes efficient Wearing company-provided apparel and representing the brand well Helping with basic daily equipment maintenance

Pay & Compensation Base Pay:

$17/hour

Performance Pay:
