Overview Trueman Landscaping LLC is a small, local landscaping company based in McCandless. We are looking to add full-time employees to our grass crew for the upcoming season. This is an opportunity to work directly with the owner and be part of a growing company where employees are valued, respected, and appreciated. This role will be primarily landscape jobs, with some days devoted to grass cutting. Responsibilities

• Landscape Crew Members follow directions from a crew leader and work as part of a team to complete the daily job. Tasks include mulch installation, weeding, bush and tree trimming, plant and tree installation, leaf cleanups, and other various landscaping services. You will be trained on all aspects of the job and learn new skills.
• Grass Crew Members ride with a crew leader to each house to assist with mowing, weed whacking, and blowing. You will help maintain professional job sites and follow directions to work as part of a team.
• Fall leaf cleanups are performed by all crew members throughout the fall. Crews follow a crew leader to job sites and work together and efficiently to blow all leaves to the leaf vacuum.
• Snow removal opportunities available in winter season, including driveway crew.

Qualifications Landscaping experience preferred but not required, we will train you on all equipment we use! (stand on/walk behind mower, push mower, weed whacker, backpack blower, hedge trimmer, various hand tools) Must have reliable transportation to meeting location Ability to perform physical outdoor work 40+ hours per week Willingness to learn and work hard.
