POSITION OVERVIEW
Maintaining all Groundskeeping duties such as mowing, mulching, flower beds, leaf removal, trimming of small trees & bushes, snow removal.
Small repairs to walks & parking lots.
May have to apply Pesticides.
Will be responsible for adjusting, cleaning and performing minor adjustments to grounds equipment.
Will assist with misc. small jobs during the off season such as painting and other Misc. tasks given by Supervisor. Earnup to $22 / hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay Program. Knowledge of Lawn/Soil/Tree & Bush Maintenance.
Must be able to be exposed to outdoor environmental conditions for long periods of time.
Must be able to operate power equipment including Bucket Loader.
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
