Job Description

Landscape Technician — Full-Time, Year-Round EdgeOne Property Services is looking for an experienced, hardworking Landscape Technician to join our growing team. We are not looking for someone who needs to be taught the basics. We are looking for an experienced landscaper who can hit the ground running, work efficiently, take pride in their work, and help us deliver a high-quality product to our customers. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to work across our landscaping, property maintenance, and snow removal operations. What You'll Do Our Landscape Technicians are responsible for completing residential and commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement work, including: Mowing lawns and maintaining turf Line trimming, edging, and blowing Spring and fall cleanups Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials Mulching and general landscape maintenance Pruning and trimming as needed Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment and materials Maintaining clean, organized jobsites Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Performing snow removal during the winter season Working as part of a crew while also being capable of working independently Communicating with supervisors and reporting jobsite issues or additional work needed Representing EdgeOne professionally at customer properties What We're Looking For Experience matters. We're looking for someone who already understands the landscaping industry and can contribute immediately.
The ideal candidate:
Has 2+ years of landscaping or property maintenance experience Knows how to properly operate commercial lawn and landscape equipment Can efficiently mow, trim, edge, blow, plant, prune, and perform cleanups Has experience working on residential and/or commercial properties Is dependable and shows up ready to work Works hard without needing to be constantly supervised Takes pride in doing quality work Pays attention to detail Can work well with a crew and communicate effectively Understands that customers' properties should be treated with care and respect Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Is willing to perform snow removal during the winter season
