Job Description
Northwestern Lehigh School District seeks a per diem School Police Officer for the district police department. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 yrs. law enforcement experience and be Act 120 certified or equivalent. Experience in school setting is helpful. Position includes day or evening shift assignments at school buildings, student activities, venues and district events depending on staffing needs. Successful candidate will be paid $33.95/hr. Duties include patrol inside and outside of all district buildings and grounds during school hours and designated after-school events. Ability to interact, develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff and public/visitors is required. Valid drivers license and license history, Criminal History and Child Abuse Clearances required. EOE.
