Position Overview:

We're seeking a Maintenance Crew Driver to join our growing team. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality landscape maintenance while also safely transporting crew members to and from job sites. You'll help maintain a professional and polished appearance for all assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping and maintenance tasks such as mulching, mowing, trimming, and general plant care Safely operate company vehicles to transport crew members between job sites Ensure timely arrivals and departures from project locations Follow company safety and operational procedures at all times Maintain a clean, professional appearance on all properties

Qualifications:

Previous outdoor or landscaping work experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean record (no suspensions or DUIs) Reliable transportation to the shop by 6:00 AM Must be able to pass a drug test Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Compensation:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour , based on experience Overtime (hours over 40/week) paid at 1.5x rate Weekly pay
