Job Description

Landscape Crew Member:

starting between $18 - $22 / hour Panther Landscaping has immediate openings for Full-Time Crew Members. Full-service landscaping and snow removal company based in the heart of the South Side of Pittsburgh seeking reliable team players that want to grow with the company. Must be responsible, dependable, and always operate in a safe manner while following instructions and paying close attention to detail. Compensation will be based on experience level. If you have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record, and would like to be considered for the role of a crew driver, then you may be compensated additionally. Must be comfortable driving a large pickup truck. We work throughout the winter months with commercial and residential snow removal & plowing. This is not a seasonal position. Landscape Crew Member ($18 - $22 / hour): Duties vary per season, and include but are not limited to, lawn mowing & maintenance, mulching, pruning, leaf removal, snow removal, etc. Experience with zero turn mowers is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Landscaping experience is preferred A valid Pennsylvania driver's license (Required) Able to lift up to seventy (70) pounds

Schedule:

Full Time:

Monday - Friday (8 am to 4 pm)

Benefits:

Opportunities for bonus & raise. All work is performed outside Overtime offered 15% discount at Carhartt Store at Ross Park Mall •Snow plow operators will be considered for snow removal season at $40/hr. Must have experience operating equipment & pass DOT physical examination. •Snow removal crew members will be paid at a rate of time & a half (150% of regular wage) for commercial shoveling & salting during winter months.
