We are looking for a hardworking and dependable individual who can work independently and take pride in their work to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position, though part-time applicants will also be considered. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently Work independently to ensure properties are maintained to company standards Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance Landscape maintenance: including shrub trimming, weed eating, weeding, and spraying as needed Load, unload, and transport equipment between job sites Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Assist the landscape & construction crews as needed- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or ground maintenance preferred Leadership experience Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Valid driver's license required Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely Must be able to pass a drug screen Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor What We're Looking For Positive attitude Self-motivated and reliable Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow with the company There is opportunity for advancement in both pay and position for the right candidate.
