• Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team.

This role involves performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping. Duties Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and appearance. Carry out grounds keeping tasks, including mowing, edging, and mulching. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Engage in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and fertilizing. Maintain lawns through regular care practices including watering, aerating, and pest control. Dig trenches or holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscaping features. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscape enhancement. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
