Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, motivated individual to assist with landscape maintenance and installation. This is a physical, outdoor job that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Mowing, string trimming, leaf blowing Mulch installation and job-site prep Trimming bushes, planting flowers/shrubs, pulling weeds Snow removal (winter only, if applicable) Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment Assisting with moving materials and job-site setup Expectations Positive Attitude Punctuality Respect for team + clients Adaptive to company culture Open to growth opportunities in the company Consistency, Diligence, Honesty, and Discernment Qualifications Ability to lift 80lb independently or up to 150lb as a team Willingness to work in heat (up to 100ºF), cold (down to -5ºF), rain, or snow Positive attitude, punctuality, and respect for team and clients Reliable transportation to and from work Must wear closed-toe work shoes (steel/composite toe preferred) No experience required, but landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus

Schedule Spring- Fall:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to approx. 5:30

PM Winter:

Varying hours dependent on weather, shop needs, projects, etc. Occasional Saturdays (paid at 1.25x rate)

Spring-Fall:

Average 40-55 hours per week depending on project load + weather

Winter:
