Overview Join our small team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment operation.

Spring/Summer Duties:

Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate grounds maintenance equipment including power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers safely and efficiently Perform landscape installation activities like planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying sod or mulch

Fall/Winter Duties:

Collect leaves and prepare plants for colder weather Shovel & plow snow when the weather requires as well as treat clients properties with salt to prevent icy conditions

Requirements:

Prior outdoor work experience or landscaping background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for working outside is essential Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, trimming, planting, and groundskeeping practices Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment in various weather conditions Strong adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members This role offers an engaging environment where you can develop your skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces.
