The float CNA may work up to two different shifts within a two-week period. CNA candidates must be dependable, flexible, and prepared to work assigned schedules within a secure correctional environment. Compensation Options Tier 2 - Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $29 per hour 1099Independent Contractor:

Expert-Level CNA Opportunity The successful CNA will be an experienced caregiver who can perform assigned responsibilities independently, respond appropriately to patients' needs, and serve as a knowledgeable resource within the scope of certified nursing assistant practice. Key CNA Responsibilities Assist patients with personal care, hygiene, mobility, meals, and activities of daily living. Measure and document vital signs, intake and output, and other assigned health information. Observe patients and promptly report physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to nursing staff. Follow individualized care plans and support nursing personnel with approved patient-care duties. Maintain patient safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality. Follow all correctional-facility policies, security procedures, infection-control practices, and CNA standards. Minimum Qualifications Current CNA certification and active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry status. Direct-care experience in a correctional, long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar setting is preferred. Ability to work eight-hour shifts and rotate between as many as two shifts during a two-week period. Strong observation, communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. Dependability, flexibility, professionalism, and consistent attendance. Ability to work safely and effectively in a secure correctional environment.
