  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape/hardscaper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion, detailed eye and great work ethic. A great team player. A person that loves the hands on out door type of work. A person who goes above and beyond of the expectation of what is asked of them. A leader of the trade and someone that will help us grow. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, weeding, cleanups Execute mulching and edging. Manage garden upkeep by planting flowers, shrubs, trees. Operate power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks. Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility of properties. Dig and prepare soil for planting while adhering to best practices for landscape health. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and equipment operation. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
