Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer/Lawn Specialist to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves performing a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and groundskeeping tasks to ensure the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and be eager to contribute to high-quality landscape projects. Duties Mowing lawns and trimming grass using power tools and hand tools Performing landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, and mulching Conducting tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal Assisting with gardening tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees Routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment such as sharpening blades and oil changes Supporting construction projects related to landscaping or site development Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all operations to prevent accidents Requirements Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is required Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating power tools and landscaping equipment Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and tree care is a plus Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license is required for equipment operation and transportation needs Join our team if you are passionate about outdoor environments and want to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and grounds maintenance.
