Job Summary Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Team Member and be a vital part of creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will perform a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping tasks, ensuring that landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, sod installation, and mulching to keep outdoor spaces pristine. Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as weed control, debris removal, and soil preparation to enhance landscape aesthetics. Follow safety procedures diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools like shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools such as trimmers and blowers. Outdoor work experience with a focus on safety protocol adherence in all landscaping activities. Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely while maintaining high standards of quality.
