Newport Property Services is seeking experienced outdoor property service subcontractors to complete customer jobs throughout Newport, RI and surrounding coastal communities. This is a paid, project-based 1099 contractor role for established businesses, owner-operators, and contractor crews. It is not an hourly, salaried, or W-2 employee position. We are looking for contractors who already have transportation, tools, equipment, and experience completing landscaping, lawn-care, cleanup, hardscape, property-maintenance, or related outdoor services. Pay Each accepted project has an agreed scope and project-based compensation. Typical smaller landscaping, maintenance, cleanup, and outdoor-property-service jobs may range from: $200 to $1,500 per completed project Larger landscape installation, hardscape, drainage, restoration, or property-improvement projects may pay more depending on: Scope Materials Equipment required Crew requirements Service category Location Agreed project terms Schedule This is flexible, project-based subcontractor work.

Work may include:

One-time customer projects Recurring landscape maintenance Weekday appointments Weekend work when appropriate Seasonal cleanup Residential properties Commercial properties Winter snow and ice service when available Contractors decide whether they are available for individual projects.
