Pelletier's Places Inc. - Hiring for Property Maintenance Labor Position Pelletier's Places Inc. is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our exterior property maintenance team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position involving landscaping, lawn care, property cleanups, exterior maintenance, snow removal, and plowing.

You should be comfortable with:

Mowing, weed-whacking, edging, raking, and general lawn care Mulching, planting, trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups Lifting, moving, loading/unloading materials and equipment Shoveling, snow removal, salting, and assisting with plowing Working outdoors in all weather conditions Performing physical labor throughout the workday

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Able to safely perform physical/manual labor Clean record/background and ability to meet requirements for access to Navy/government property Landscaping, property maintenance, construction, or equipment experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person Year-round work available. Pay based on experience.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
