Maintain grounds by performing snow plowing during winter months and ensuring pathways are clear and safe. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems. Extensive outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, and snow removal. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, lawn care practices, tree care, and pest management. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while handling hand tools, power tools, pesticides, and heavy machinery. Construction experience related to hardscape features like patios or walkways is a plus. Familiarity with irrigation system installation and troubleshooting ensures efficient water management.
