Position:

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscaping Helper / Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team serving Anderson and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on outdoor position. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with a crew, and can be counted on to get the job done. Reliability and a good work ethic are extremely important for this position.

Responsibilities:

Weed eating and trimming Blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and properties Picking up trash and debris General lawn and landscaping cleanup Assisting with larger lawn cuts Operating a riding mower when needed Loading and unloading landscaping equipment and materials Maintaining and properly using landscaping equipment Other general landscaping duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and follow instructions Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in hot weather Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Must be dependable and consistently report to work as scheduled Valid driver's license is preferred

Compensation:

$18-$20 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and ability. The right candidate will have the opportunity for steady work and increased responsibility based on performance.
