We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal of our apartment community. This is an active, hands-on position that requires working outdoors on a regular basis , walking the property, and performing grounds and common-area upkeep in a variety of weather conditions.

What You'll Do:

Maintain the grounds, buildings, and overall appearance of the apartment community Walk the property regularly to identify and address cleanliness and maintenance needs Keep breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas free of trash, debris, and cobwebs Sweep and blow leaves and debris from sidewalks, breezeways, and other outdoor areas Pressure wash buildings and common areas as needed Maintain a clean and organized compactor area, free of trash and debris Clean and maintain common areas, model units, amenities, and other community spaces Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings Assist with preparing apartment homes for new residents, including market-ready units Take pride in maintaining a clean, attractive, and welcoming community for residents and guests
