RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Picking up trash/debris and maintaining clean grounds
- Assisting with curb appeal and common area upkeep
- Changing light bulbs in common and exterior areas
- Moving large items such as furniture or appliances
- Interior/exterior touch-up maintenance
- Pressure washing, painting, and leaf blowing
- Delivering notices or correspondence to residents
- Supporting maintenance teams with additional projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to follow directions and work with a team
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
- Willingness to assist with community projects as needed
