In this role, you'll be responsible for helping install beautiful outdoor spaces, including hardscapes, plantings, sod, and more. If you enjoy working outdoors and building something you can be proud of, we'd love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the installation of landscapes and hardscapes (pavers, stonework, etc.)
  • Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and lay sod
  • Grade and prepare soil for planting and turf
  • Spread mulch, gravel, and other landscape materials
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
  • Operate hand tools and small machinery (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Follow directions from crew leader or foreman
Qualifications:
  • Experience in landscaping or construction preferred but not required
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Valid driver's license is a plus
