We are looking to hire a new Property Maintenance Technician. This would be limited part time work approximately 6-10 hours per week. This would be a perfect position for anyone retired, a veteran, or someone just looking for a little bit of work during the day. Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays may be necessary.

•Duties would include (but not limited to) cleaning and general maintenance of storage buildings and restrooms daily property walks, inspecting buildings and equipment for functionality Report & carry out repairs on minor problems such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, etc
