Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tree Service Worker/ Groundperson, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing urban and natural landscapes. This energetic position involves supporting arborists in tree care operations, utilizing specialized equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and passion for horticulture will help us deliver exceptional tree maintenance, removal, and landscape services that beautify communities and promote healthy ecosystems. Duties Assist arborists with tree pruning, trimming, and removal. Support rigging operations to safely lower large branches or trees during removal or maintenance Follow strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities, including proper equipment handling and hazard awareness Maintain clean work sites by removing debris, trimming branches, and ensuring equipment is stored properly Prior outdoor work experience with a focus on horticulture, landscaping, or tree care preferred Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments Commitment to teamwork, safety standards, and continuous learning in tree service techniquesEmbark on a rewarding career where your skills contribute directly to the health of urban forests and the beauty of landscapes.
