Description:
Job Summary The Floral Crew Member is responsible for the installation, care, and maintenance of annual flower beds, gardens, and other decorative landscape features. This role includes following design plans, preparing and amending beds, ensuring plant health, and maintaining a clean and attractive appearance of assigned areas. The position requires working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions, often as part of a team, and performing physically strenuous tasks.
