Job Description
Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew Member Mow & Go Home Services is hiring a dependable Crew Member to help maintain and improve residential properties throughout Goose Creek, Summerville, Ladson, and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on outdoor position involving lawn maintenance, landscaping, property cleanups, pressure washing, junk removal, and other exterior projects. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in quality work, and wants to develop valuable skills with a growing local company. Experience is helpful, but reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other power tools Complete mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to company standards Assist with landscaping installations, shrub trimming, bed preparation, mulch, pine straw, and property cleanups Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, debris, and materials Assist with pressure washing, junk removal, and other exterior service projects Follow job instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Communicate promptly and work efficiently with the crew What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Comfortable performing physical outdoor work in the heat Willing to follow instructions, accept feedback, and learn new skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Takes ownership and pays attention to details Lawn care, landscaping, construction, or other outdoor work experience is preferred but not required Equipment or basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Pay and Opportunity $17-$20 per hour based on experience and performance Paid working interview Part-time schedule with additional hours based on workload Hands-on training and opportunities to develop new skills Opportunity for consistent work, increased pay, and advancement into a Crew Leader position We are building a reliable team for long-term growth.
