Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves performing a variety of groundskeeping, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to ensure properties are safe, attractive, and well-kept. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, utilizing your skills and enthusiasm to bring landscapes to life while adhering to safety standards and best practices. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems efficiently and safely. Perform landscape installation work including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, hardscape features. Follow safety protocols diligently during all activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition through proper cleaning and minor repairs. Skills Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping practices. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and hardscape installation techniques. Ability to identify various plants and understand basic horticulture principles. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Outdoor work experience with a focus on safety protocol adherence in diverse weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when needed.
