Job Summary Join our dynamic groundskeeping team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes through skilled gardening, groundskeeping, and landscaping activities. Your expertise will help create beautiful, safe, and sustainable outdoor environments that inspire and delight. Whether working on lawn care, tree trimming, or hardscape installation, your hands-on approach and mechanical knowledge will be vital to our success. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep grounds healthy and attractive Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to ensure proper care and pest management strategies are applied Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or clogs and adjusting schedules for optimal watering Conduct groundskeeping activities like snow plowing in winter or seasonal clean-up to ensure year-round landscape beauty Install and repair hardscape features such as pathways, patios, retaining walls, and garden beds Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping practices Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment including power tools, irrigation systems, and lawn care machinery Ability to identify plants accurately and apply horticultural principles effectively Skilled in the operation of landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, shovels, rakes Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Valid experience in tree care, gardening, hardscape installation or maintenance is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for outdoor environments makes a real difference!
