Job Summary Join our dynamic lawn care team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional landscapes. This energetic position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to maintain and enhance residential and commercial properties. You will operate a variety of tools and equipment, contribute to landscape projects, and ensure high standards of quality and safety. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, and mulching Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing and trimming Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential Strong teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude are key to success in this role Join us to develop your skills in landscaping and outdoor maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces!
