Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Groundsman. The ideal candidate is reliable and hardworking. This position plays an important role in the day-to-day success of our business. Responsibilities Assist with tree removal clean up, rigging, driving trucks, and overall cleanup of the jobsite Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other landscaping tools safely and efficiently Skills Ability to operate bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other landscaping machinery safely Strong understanding of safety protocols related to tree removal, rigging, and equipment use Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Prior tree removal experience is not required Qualifications Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and dependable attendance What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunities for growth and advancement On-the-job training
