Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Golf Course Maintenance Grounds Crew member and be a vital part of creating and maintaining a pristine, playable golf environment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the course looks its best by performing landscape maintenance, turf care, and equipment operation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver an exceptional experience for golfers while fostering a beautiful outdoor space that promotes relaxation and enjoyment. Duties Maintain the golf course grounds by mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure a smooth and attractive playing surface Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to keep the course properly watered Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, aerating, and overseeding to promote healthy turf and plant life Use hand tools for detailed gardening tasks like edging beds or removing debris from bunkers and pathways Conduct routine inspections of the course to identify areas needing attention or repair Support seasonal projects such as sand trap raking, bunker maintenance, or tree trimming to enhance course aesthetics and playability Experience Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or turf care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with horticulture principles and lawn care techniques is a plus Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely is essential Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic landscaping practices will help you excel in this role Strong work ethic with attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude are key to thriving in this energetic environment Join us in shaping an exceptional golf course experience through dedicated groundskeeping!
