Growth opportunities On-the-job training Supportive management and staff Company events for staff members We are looking to hire a lawn maintenance crew member for our lawn maintenance division for the upcoming season. Candidates for this position must be reliable and able to effectively delegate tasks to a construction crew. This position will be full time with 10-hour shifts occurring Monday through Thursday. There will be occasional weekend and overtime work as needed. We as a company do offer multiple opportunities for employees to further their education and receive new certifications that are beneficial for both the company and the employee. Qualifications 2 years+ lawn maintenance experience Candidates should have experience in the following areas: operating heavy machinery, mowing, shrub trimming, etc. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather. Strong attention to detail and able to work at an efficient pace Must be a team player. Displays integrity with both personnel and project responsibilities. Able to effectively communicate with team members while also displaying leadership effectively. Must be able to work Saturdays as needed. Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time. Be able to lift, pull and push materials (upwards up 50 pounds) and equipment to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assures all standards of quality are met in the field without the need of direct supervision. Effective communication with clients and all personnel while at job sites in order to properly meet client expectations and relay those expectations to the crew. Assures crew safety while on site. Upholds Mow-Mentum's core standards of integrity, reliability, and communication. Takes initiative to learn, train and hone skills as a role model for the crew. Maintains strong communication with the company owner regarding job progress, potential concerns, and other updates as needed.
