Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
- Maintain and care for landscapes, including planting, mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shape.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with hardscape installation, such as paving stones or retaining walls.
- Irrigate lawns, gardens, and other green spaces as needed
- Garbage pick-up.
Skills:
- Experience in landscape maintenance and grounds keeping
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power equipment commonly used in grounds maintenance.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
- Familiarity with hardscape installation methods and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
