Responsibilities:

• Perform general grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Maintain and care for landscapes, including planting, mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shape.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with hardscape installation, such as paving stones or retaining walls.
• Irrigate lawns, gardens, and other green spaces as needed
• Garbage pick-up.

Must have the ability to climb off and on a residential trash truck.

Skills:

• Experience in landscape maintenance and grounds keeping
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power equipment commonly used in grounds maintenance.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
• Familiarity with hardscape installation methods and materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
