Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your passion for horticulture and craftsmanship! In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes that inspire and delight. Your expertise will help transform yards, gardens, and public spaces into vibrant, functional environments. Duties Perform landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to ensure lush and healthy turf Operate hand tools and power tools safely for trimming, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance Use equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems to support construction projects and landscape enhancements Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety Provide seasonal services such as snow plowing to keep outdoor spaces accessible during winter months Assist with gardening tasks like soil preparation, planting beds, mulching, and watering to foster thriving gardens Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices for both residential and commercial properties Skilled in operating hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) efficiently Familiarity with construction processes related to hardscape installation and site preparation Ability to perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting with precision Understanding of irrigation systems setup and maintenance for optimal watering efficiency Knowledge of horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and garden design Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing physically demanding tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship shapes beautiful outdoor environments!
