Job Overview Join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team as a Lawn Care Crew Member / Landscaper! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful landscapes, ensuring grounds are healthy, safe, and visually appealing. Your work will directly contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces for clients and communities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and groundskeeping while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and landscaped areas Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing hardscape features Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues when necessary Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and promote growth Maintain grounds by performing routine inspections, cleaning up debris, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power equipment, and grounds maintenance machinery Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, and hardscape installation or repair Proficiency with hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and hoes Knowledge of plant identification and pesticide management procedures Ability to operate irrigation systems and troubleshoot related issues effectively Outdoor work experience with a focus on safety protocol adherence in all tasks Familiarity with grounds maintenance equipment operation including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, snow plows, and other power tools Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work and eager to grow your skills in landscaping!
