CMS Landscape Management is a full-service commercial landscape company serving Rock Hill and the surrounding counties. We are hiring for the following full time positions: Prune Crew / Utility Team Teammates for this team will be primarily focusing on pruning and related work for assigned properties throughout the season. Additional tasks may include add-on work from various customers to include installations and enhancement projects, irrigation repair, tree trimming, site clean-up in spring/fall seasons, hydroseeding and sod projects, and other tasks as requested. The ideal candidate for this team would be someone who desires working on different tasks on any given day and is willing to fill in where needed. Crew Members - Maintenance General landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, laying mulch and other related tasks. Ability to use commercial grade equipment and machinery including mowers, blowers, weed eaters, edgers, sprayers, etc. Must be able to follow directions as well as take responsibility for your work and behavior. A focus on customer service, high integrity, desire to do quality work and a good attitude are an absolute must in this role. Qualifications for all positions Minimum qualifications include - DRIVERS LICENSE, ability to work outside in various weather conditions, ability to work well with others, listen and follow directions and hold each other accountable. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Above all else, we're looking for individuals with great attitudes Preferred qualifications: Prior experience operating landscape equipment including riding/standing mowers and related landscape maintenance equipment. Experience working on commercial properties. A definite plus would be past experience working in non-maintenance roles such as hardscapes, irrigation service and installation, outdoor lighting, pressure washing or any other landscape or property management related field outside of general maintenance services.
