This role involves operating various grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have experience with detailed work, including the precise use of tools such as weed eaters, to achieve well-manicured and aesthetically pleasing landscapes. Duties Perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape upkeep. Operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other machinery efficiently and safely. Use weed eaters with attention to detail to ensure clean edges and well-maintained plant beds. Assist in planting, pruning, and other horticultural activities as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of all tools and equipment used during daily operations. Follow safety protocols consistently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality. Skills Proven experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping operations. Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment with an emphasis on detail-oriented tasks such as weed eating. Ability to work quickly while maintaining precision and attention to detail. Strong understanding of landscape aesthetics and horticultural practices. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required.
