The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role is essential for ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients' environments. If you are motivated and passionate about excellent customer service, join our team! Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair issues related to air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation. Install new HVAC equipment as required. Utilize all specialty tools required for HVAC diagnostics. Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site at various properties. Requirements 3+ years experience is a MUST Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Certification in HVAC or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
