Responsibilities Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, power tools, and irrigation systems with precision and safety. Follow strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities; handle pesticides responsibly and adhere to environmental regulations. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is highly preferred. Knowledge of mechanical systems related to lawn care equipment and grounds maintenance tools. Familiarity with plant identification, pesticide management, and horticulture best practices. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety protocol adherence. Strong physical stamina for extended outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
