This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working outdoors, and providing quality service. Compensation & Benefits $20-$25 per hour, based on experience Health insurance Full-time, year-round employment Snow removal work during the winter What You'll Do Inspect, repair, and maintain residential and commercial sprinkler systems Troubleshoot leaks, broken pipes, valves, wiring, and other irrigation issues Adjust sprinkler heads, valves, timers, and controllers Perform spring system startups and fall winterization Assess irrigation systems and recommend needed repairs or improvements Communicate with customers regarding system operation and water management Maintain accurate records of completed work and parts used Assist with snow removal and other property maintenance work during the winter What We're Looking For Previous irrigation, sprinkler, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with hand tools and irrigation equipment Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required Dependable and comfortable working outdoors All Seasons Property Maintenance is an equal opportunity employer. #hc261365
